Here are some incredible ways you can lead at church!

Meet Other Students

-It is crucially important that every student is greeted warmly

New People

-When you meet a new student take them under your wing—especially if they came alone. Take time to introduce them to other students and adults

Invite to a Program- Read through the bulletin and be aware of special events and weekly events

Touch-

A welcoming and gentle touch (hand shake, high five, bro hug, side hug)

Respond to noise and disruption- When it’s time for the group to listen, express your leadership with grace by using your influence and leading by expample.

Right at Home-

Helping others feel right at home, communicates value about another student’s presence. It lets them know that your happy they’ve joined us and we look forward to seeing them again. When people feel socially comfortable, they are able to start learning about God.
