The Starting Line Middle School Overnighter
November 13, 2009
10pm-7am

9:45pm- Registration Opens- Send Students in the Gym for free play (Sound needed)
Registration includes collecting student info; Liability releases; orchestrating the bracelet system; Fielding Parent Questions; Storing Airsoft Equipment in the closet.

Rolling Snack Shack Cart Open in Gym- (Adults not at the registration table need to connect with students in gym)
10:30pm Welcome/Saran Wrap Game/Rules- P.A.
11:00pm Pizza, Juice- Kristina, (Trailhead & Gym open to eat & play)
Move Snack Shack Cart to the Closet- Thannikals
11:25pm Bring everyone down to the Youth Center- (Adults stationed ahead & behind students)
11:30pm- Video Presentation & Music- Zach
11:40pm- Team Relay Race- P.A.
11:50pm- Eating & Drinking Competitions- Duane
12:15am- Gospel Presentation- P.A. 
12:30am- Talent Show- Zach & P.A.
 - All You Can Eat Snack Shack Prizes
12:45am-2am Airsofting Group Leaves  (20) Cameron & Andy 
12:50am-2am Shock Laser Tag- David & Zach (Upstairs)
12:50am-2am Nail Salon- Adult Ladies in (Fireside)
12:50am-2am Capture the Flag; Harrison & P.A. (downstairs or outside)
2am-3am- Danny Ball- Everyone in the Gym
3am-4am- Hide and Seek-Everyone
4am-Breakfast Served in Trailhead- Cameron,  __________,  __________
4:30-5:30 Airsofting- Cameron & Andy
4:30-5:30 Volleyball- Marcie, Alyssa, Shauna & Sonia

A Race to the Finish

Permission Slip Required

Time: 10:00pm- 7:00am
Location:  Portland Christian Center
Cost: $15 (pay at door)

Includes: Laser Tag, Dodgeball, Airsoft, Grog, Nail Salon, Pizza, Hot Pancakes, Hide N Seek in the Dark, Competitions, Snack Shack, Basketball in the gym, Movie, Video Games, and much more…

What to Bring-
Modest Clothing, A Parent Signed Permission Slip, Money for the snack shack, but a late meal and hot early morning breakfast is included as a part of the event. Airsoft Gun 

What Not to Bring-
ipods, PSP’s, etc.
Weapons, drugs, lighters, etc.
Anything else you shouldn’t

Important Notes for Parents.  Each of your student’s visitor’s tuition to the “Starting Line” goes into your student’s winter camp fund.  If unclaimed by Jan. 17 it will be re-absorbed into the snow camp fund.

If your student is bringing 5 or more visitors then you are encouraged to strongly consider helping chaperone the event.
