Instructions:

Print out one of these for your each of your (or your parent's) friends & your relatives. Send it to them in the mail. Enclose a self addressed/stamped envelope so that all they have to do is write a check and drop it in the mail.  When you receive money, bring it to church that week and give it to Pastor Aaron to put in your summer camp account.

Greetings!

I am very excited about an opportunity that I have this summer to go to Silver Lake Camp in Medical Lake, WA for Summer Camp with my church.  I have talked with my mom and she has agreed to let me go; now I need to begin raising the $285 it costs for my share of the trip.

We will be involved in daily chapel services including worship, sermons, and regular small groups with our youth leaders. We will also do some fun activities on the lake at the camp.  We leave on July 9th and return on the 13th.  If you would like to help make this opportunity possible for me, I would be very grateful.  I am writing to you because of our relationship (but your decision whether to give or not doesn’t affect that).  You will have probably heard about it already because of my excitement alone.  If you do give and would like a tax receipt; you can make any checks out to P.C.C.  If you send it to me they will make sure that it is credited to my account and that you receive a receipt.
