Youth Leaders

Follow Up Assistant- Someone with a heart for assimilating new students who have visited our ministry.  This person will receive and log new visitor cards in the church office and take the lead on implementing our 4 week follow up system for each visitor. (Postcard, Call, Email, Send Letter them and to the original inviter)

 

Attendance/Follow Up Lead- Someone with a shepherd’s heart to take attendance during service on Wednesday and call or write those who miss two weeks in a row.

 

Event Registration- (take money, permission slips, etc.)

 

Prayer Team- Can email prayer requests or meet before serving.

 

Facilities and Environment Lead- Someone to take the lead on working with the city, private contractors, and staff to get through the permits and budget needs for a much desired room remodel. Details must be worked through Pastor ______ to submit a proposal to the church board.  Continuation of the project will be pending approval.

 

Equipment and Personnel Recruiter- Someone passionate about connecting with people and encouraging teamwork.  They will need to get resources and people together for various ministry events. They will be called upon at various times to find resources and people within the church body to meet specific ministry needs.

 

New Believers Discipleship Teacher- Someone well-grounded in their faith and passionate about teaching young people to be available to meet every Wednesday night from 6:00pm- 6:30pm to walk through the Basics of living the Christian life. New Converts and the Biblically illiterate will be invited to attend and walk through things of God at their own pace. Can give out certificates of graduation for those who complete the requirements.

 

Drama Team Leader- This person must be excited about reaching people for Christ and developing our Christian young people to BE ministers through Drama.  Students will perform their drama skits on a monthly basis for our Wednesday night youth service.

 

Music Teacher- Give Group Guitar lessons. Students learn 8 cords in a year (Using worship songs, of course). Put on a multi-guitar concert when done.

 

Research Aide and Bargain Shopper- A detail oriented person who will enjoy scouting out new opportunities up to a year in advance. They would do things like find locations for winter and summer camps, Research Service Projects, Book ministry stops for Choir Tour, and find facilities for upcoming events.  They should also love to shop online and spend time on the phone to find the very best available deals for things like; Inflatables, laser tag, Bus Transportation, Van rentals, and other important, but time consuming things.  They will be contacted on a regular basis with new opportunities, and they will need to communicate Pastor Aaron the relevant information they find in the specified time frame.

 

Witness Youth Choir Administrative Assistant- Some administrative help to track individual money accounts and other needed details for our annual Choir Tour.
