Difficult Staff Members (Part 2) The Pirate


The Pirate is the staff member who raids and plunders your supplies. Have you lost something? Look in their area. 

There it is! Along with a variety of other staff member’s supplies. 

They do a lot of pillaging when another staff member resigns. 

Does the new staff member need to buy a bunch of things that used to belong to that department? Do they need something that used to be around? 

Check the Pirate’s treasure chest. It has as much of the departed’s ministry supplies as they can get away with taking, and maybe a little more. Better yet, (not) It’s all labeled “children’s ministry” (or their department).

Weird! How did that item end up getting taken from one department and getting confiscated in the shuffle in between staff hires?

The pirate takes things, does not give them back, and will ultimately “organize” and label as “theirs.” Is it forgetfulness, maybe. 

Simple Advice: If you are a pirate: Please ask to use things, or at least put the item back when you're done with it. As soon as you're done with it (day after is great).
