Movie Night at Youth Group

Do You want to show a movie that most of the students will enjoy without Parents being upset?

I know! It's complicated... because youth group is "church" for students, and all families have different consciences and standards, so tell them the movie you’re going to show ahead of time, then on movie night, make some popcorn, have water or drinks available, and dim the lights! You may get a couple of students who won't show up for the night, because you aren't showing the latest Avengers release, but that's ok. They can take the week off, and join you next week. Youth Group gives students an opportunity to experience something different than they normally would. 

Though movie nights at youth group can be rough in the first couple minutes, movies like this have powerful endings, and help you accomplish the meaningful moments and experiences that you want them to have.
